Ogress Costume
Easy as pie and fascinatingly comfortable!
I didn't have time for tusks or make-up (and was very, very glad for that).
The main costume piece was a brittle, 50's vintage Persian lamb coat from Salvation Army. I cut off the sleeves and inverted them for leggings/boots. Cut the collar off (to use for something else someday). Removed all lining. Tucked the lapels in. Then I cut off the bottom foot or so and used it for a loincloth. You can see the remains of the coat lining near the bottom of the pink cowrie fall.
Yes it is real fur. What do you expect from an OGRE!?
